REFUND POLICY

There will be NO refunds provided for camps under any circumstance. Camp credit will be given if medical reasons or unforeseen circumstance causes a participant to not attend camp. Credit will be given up to the actual cost of the camp missed. If weather causes a cancellation of camp, the camp will be rescheduled accordingly. However, every effort will be made to allow camp to take place regardless of weather. In some cases, indoor accommodations will be made to have camp move forward as scheduled.
